Hi I’m Stephen, I started my workout journey when i was in my early teens in high-school weight room during P.E, since then I was hooked on physical fitness and going to the gym. I unfortunately figured out early on that working out in the modern conventional way had many chances to lead to new injury or re-injury. I had some lower back issues when I was very young and no mater what I did or how I worked out I couldn’t quite get it to go away. I also experienced a couple broken wrists when I was 10 that that fused my left forearm at the wrist stopping any supination, which the rest of my body had to compensate and left me with shoulder issues aswell. After years of consistent training in the gym I would find no mater what I did I could never go more that 6 months without hurting y shoulder or back, and then take time off from training to heal. Then I discovered a new way to train that was not conventional to modern training and it has healed all of my injuries aswell as giving me a new found strength i didn’t think i could achieve. The foundation that built is something else entirely. I recently broke my finger and had to take 12 weeks off of training, upon my return, 90% of my strength remained which stunned me to say the least.
