I want to teach unconventional training because of what it did for me. Chronic back and shoulder pain for years had me limited on what kind of tasks I could complete, gone after 6 months of this kind of training. It allowed me to be more free to be able to do more with my body and built a warriors physique as a byproduct. I get up to all sorts of activities like working on my cars or motorcycles, or rebuilding the deck at my fathers. I volunteer at the folk festival and it has given me a new kind of strength to be able to do all of these tasks with ease.


My Approach

Lets start with a zoom or video call, get to chatting about what goals you have or what you would like to accomplish with this training. Should only take 30min to an hour. Then we book either an in person meet for the first session or I will teach you your custom plan over video call to see how it fits with you.

Dream it

My dream is to spread this knowledge to as many people as I can reach. This training has truely changed my way of life and if you commit to it I know it can yours.
